Pastor Regina Harrell is a native of Winston Salem, NC. She is the daughter of Rev. Wade and Rebecca Butler. A nurturer of the people of God by nature, she has professionally worked in the field of healthcare for 20 years obtaining licenses and certifications to bring substance to her passion. Pastor Harrell surrendered her life to Christ in August 1994 and has continued to serve faithfully refusing to come down. Pastor Harrell has functioned in multiple capacities within the Body of Christ from Armor Bearing to Evangelism. She stood as the Assistant Pastor of The Kingdom Center International Ministry and in 2011 she founded Myrtle Tree Ministries which was the foundation of what she would later be used to cultivate many lives.

Pastor Harrell is the Pastor of The Recovery Place in Winston Salem, NC. She launched H2TKO- Heels, Harley's and The Kingdom Outpour in October 2016 which is an organization by which she has continued to come outside of the box to embrace women from all walks of life. She sits under the honored covering of The Redemption Church where the leaders are Pastor David and First Lady Victoria Venable.

Pastor Harrell flows in a powerful, yoke destroying anointing from which flows healing and deliverance. Her voice shatters atmospheres and she is uniquely one of a kind in Christ Jesus! She truly has a heart for people and seeks to see them free in every area of their lives. She preaches, teaches and lives the gospel of Jesus Christ. Without a doubt, she loves the Lord and seeks his perfect will for her life. Pastor Harrell is the only daughter of seven siblings and the proud mother of 4 sons. She finds solace in Psalms 91.
