KENNETH BALDWIN
Kenneth Baldwin, BA, CAC is the CEO and Founder of Discovery Consultants. Achieving his degree in Social Science, coupled with personal experience overcoming challenges and trauma, Mr. Baldwin has used these resources to provide education, support and guidance to victims and perpetrators of domestic violence, people who suffer from distorted thinking, and experience hopelessness.
Mr. Baldwin founded Discovery Consultants in 2008, which targets the criminal justice, substance abuse, and at-risk youth populations. Mr. Baldwin expanded his scope of interventions by acquiring the Domestic Abuse Intervention Program (DAIP) Duluth Model Training in 2010. While serving in these capacities, facilitating groups for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), Mr. Baldwin has been presented with various awards and recognition for his service, including the White House Presidential Drum Major for Service Award in 2013, the Mentor of the Year Award through CSOSA Faith Based Initiative, the White House Presidential Unsung Hero Award for his volunteer efforts in 2014, and White House President’s Volunteer Service Award with CSOSA-February 2016.
Mr. Baldwin’s training in Addictions Counseling; Domestic Violence, Anger Management, Crisis Intervention, Mentoring, and Life experience has equipped him with tools necessary to empower individuals to make transformative steps to improve their quality of life.
Mr. Baldwin also coaches individuals who desire life transformation through an independent results oriented transformation company in Washington, DC.
