Hope for the Overcomers Soul is a dynamic mix of testimonies that will change your life and revolutionize your perspective. Birth out of tragedy, hardship, and pain, the stories of the twelve amazing women found within will help encourage the Christian who faces the daily struggles of life. Our prayer is that these testimonies will inspire and encourage you to be filled with hope to not just overcome your current tests and trials but to have the courage to share with others what the Lord has done for your soul.

His purpose for her life through His word, Jeremiah 1:1-9. As God confirmed in her, “Then the LORD reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, "Now, I have put my words in your mouth.” Since this time, she has been a mouthpiece and a vessel ready to be used for God’s glory. It is her calling to encourage and to empower men and women of all ages to know who they are in Christ, and to know how much He loves them. It is her vision to see people develop a closer and more intimate relationship with Christ as they learn to live freely in the abundant life He died to give us.
Chris is the author of "Restoration Speaks ~ Speak Loud A Bible Study Devotional and "Restoration Speaks ~ Speak Loud Journal. She is also scheduled to release “Restoration Speaks ~ My Journey to Wholeness”, which will be released in February of 2019; Minister Chris is also a contributing author to “Hope for The Overcomers Soul” (Release Date October 2018). AWIC has its own television show on the WBGR Gospel Network called AWIC TV “Experience It.”
Minister Chris not only pours out her love for her children, but also a host of others whom God has entrusted to her. Her life verses are: “May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love, That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God’s devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it]; [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!”Eph. 3:17-19 (AMPC)
Minister Chris is a member of Sharon Bible Fellowship Church in Lanham, Maryland, under the leadership of Pastor Victor O. Kirk, Sr. and the mentorship of Pastor Berry Watkins. She has poured her heart into ministry roles (current and former) such as Leader of I’m Full “The Singles” Ministry, Praise & Worship Team, Life Group Facilitator, Choir Member, Christian Education Teacher, Bible Institute Instructor, Women’s Ministry, Leader of Social Media Ministry, and Leader and Founder of Anointed Women In Christ, LLC (AWIC)
